This 2,400 sqft private residence embodies a narrative of family and individuality, capturing the essence of our clients—a young family with two children. Infused with personal touches, the space breathes with soul. When the client came to us looking to design an “Italian Farmhouse” inspired apartment in Hong Kong, we knew it was the perfect match. An unlikely design style in a city of skyscrapers, the location of the residence—surrounded by a wraparound terrace and greenery—provided us with abundant inspiration. Our strategy was to keep some spaces more traditional while incorporating a few key contemporary pieces for contrast. The overriding message was to sympathetically draw inspiration from the clients' lifestyle and the home’s natural surroundings, while embracing the essence of Italian farmhouse living.
