Instead of a style reference, the starting point for this Mid-Levels apartment was a way of living. A client who entertains regularly wanted their apartment to be gracious in its functions, generous enough for a home full of people, and personal enough to feel like a home when it's just for family. Living, dining and kitchen spaces open onto one another, but each room retains its own character.
The material palette takes its cues from Parisian style, with chalky whites, soft pastels, checkered floor tiles, and steel-framed windows and doors, while dark timber and marble add a timeless quality to the overall scheme.
